Internship Program

Internships at Knight Foundation offer talented college students and recent graduates a 10-week opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of the nation’s largest private foundations.
We are social investors who support a more effective democracy by funding free expression and journalism, arts and culture in community, research in areas of media and democracy, and the success of American cities and towns where the Knight brothers once published newspapers. Our interns contribute directly to this work across the 26 communities we serve.
We will host paid internships in our Miami and Washington, D.C. offices during Summer 2026. The program will run from June through August.
